What You Will Do

As a Senior Sales Rep exclusively serving 7-Eleven retailers, your role is pivotal in enhancing brand presence and driving sales within your assigned territory.By effectively executing these strategies and leveraging your expertise as a Senior Sales Rep, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth and enhancing ITGB's presence within the 7-Eleven retail network. Your efforts will not only contribute to the success of your territory but also position you as a valued leader and SME within the broader 7-Eleven ecosystem.

Job Duties:

  • Understand 7-Eleven Objectives : Deeply familiarize yourself with 7-Eleven's goals, priorities, and operational strategies. This will enable you to align your sales efforts with the company's overarching objectives.

  • Build Strong Relationships : Forge strong connections with store managers and franchise owners (FZ), positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and extension of the 7-Eleven team. Regular communication and rapport-building are key.

  • Utilize Data and Tools : Leverage 7-Eleven store-specific scan data and inventory management tools to gain insights into market trends, consumer preferences, and inventory needs. This data-driven approach will inform your sales strategies and decision-making processes.

  • Drive Stock Commitments : Work proactively to secure commitments from 7-Eleven retailers to increase stock levels, place orders, and stock new product lines. Emphasize the benefits of expanding product offerings and staying competitive in the market.

  • Optimize Shelf Space : Strategically negotiate for additional shelf space and prime placements for ITGB products. Highlight the potential for increased visibility and sales performance with prominent placement within 7-Eleven stores.

  • Participate in Programs : Encourage participation in incentive programs, pre-shipment programs, and promotional placements to incentivize retailers and drive sales growth. Showcase the mutual benefits of collaboration and partnership with ITGB.

  • Provide Expertise and Support : Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on ITGB products, market trends, and sales strategies within the 7-Eleven ecosystem. Offer guidance and support to colleagues and management, sharing best practices and insights from your territory.

  • Identify Growth Opportunities : Continuously identify opportunities to drive volume and market share within 7-Eleven outlets. This may involve introducing new products, optimizing pricing strategies, or implementing targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Demonstrate Commitment : Demonstrate a deep commitment to the growth and success of the local 7-Eleven market. Take ownership of driving sales performance and delivering results that positively impact ITGB's performance within your territory and beyond.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualification:

License/Certifications: SHRM-CP

Related Work Experience: Employee/Labor Relations, Employment Law

People Management Responsibility: Matric Manager

Work Environment and Physical Demand

  • Requires moderate physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (10-50 lbs.)

  • Able to bend, crouch, stretch, climb, or reach in retail environments

  • Walks, sits, or stands for extended periods

  • Travel required based on assignment needs

  • Occasional exposure to noise, dust, or weather

  • Operates in a retail and wholesale environment

  • Requires prolonged machine operation including vehicle, computer, and keyboard equipment
